I'm running Windows 7, and have Synergy 1.3.1 running to use a KB/Mouse from a Ubuntu PC. On the Windows 7 machine I have two monitors, and on the second monitor I have the DF taskbar running. When I move an app to the second display, the DF taskbar shows the app, however when I minimize the application the the app won't restore when I click on the task icon, if I use a mouse that is connected to the machine then it does restore. Also, when right clicking on the DF tray icon or doing anything with DF, the remote mouse and key board stop working too, and I have to use a local mouse and keyboard to change settings and close any DF dialogs before the synergy mouse and keyboard will work again. Neither app show any errors they just don't play well together it seems...

Has anyone else run this config and into this issue? Any fix for it, apart from me not using synergy or moving the mouse to the windows box and sharing it with the ubuntu box (the windows box is a laptop and how it is now I can take my laptop with me and come in to check on something using the ubuntu PC without needing to startup and dock my laptop...

Thanks

What version of Ubuntu and Windows 7 are you using? I'll setup a test machine and see if I can replicate the issues.

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion forum, this topic is being locked and archived because it applies to an older version of DisplayFusion. If you are using the latest version of DisplayFusion and would still like some assistance, please create a new topic and I'll be happy to help you out. There are also beta versions available for testing the latest features and bug fixes:
