Not sure if you can program around this, but if you click the Show Desktop button on the right hand side of the main monitor (Windows 7), the taskbars disappear until you click it again or open another program.

I can confirm this too with the latest beta. Actually clicking on the button works as intended (DF taskbar stays) but hovering your mouse over the button, the DF taskbar goes bye-bye until you move the mouse off the button.

It shouldn't disappear anymore with the beta I'll be releasing tonight when pressing "Win + D" or using the "Show Desktop" shortcut, but moving your mouse over the "Show Desktop" button is unstoppable. I have no idea what it's doing, but I can't prevent that for some reason.
