StartIsBack has an option that permits displaying the Taskbar on the Windows 8 Start screen. DF does not honor this option on second monitor.

Interesting! I'll put this on our list and we'll see if we can add an Advanced Setting to have the DisplayFusion taskbar stay on top of the Windows 8 Start Screen.
