This is on Windows 8.1.u1 x64 Professional with DF V6.0.0.Beta7.

I have 3 monitors aligned as 3-1-2 with 1 being the primary monitor. The wallpapers are set to be:
Monitor 3 = separate wallpaper
Monitors 1 and 2= spanned wallpaper

The taskbars on Monitors 1 and 2 take on the dominant color of the single monitor 3's wallpaper. See attached pic.

In Beta8, the separate monitor's taskbar takes the color of the spanned monitors (1-2) wallpaper.

Are you using the automatic Aero colour setting in DisplayFusion, using the wallpaper as the source?

Unfortunately it's not possible to set the taskbar colours independently, as they all just use the Aero colour, based on the image from the primary monitor.

Sorry!
