Hello,
The main reason i bought Displayfusion is to accommodate different DPI scalings for external monitors for my laptop. One at home and one at the office.
Apparently this is only possible with customised scripts that access the Windows Registry. Disappointing.
Can someone help with writing scripts - i am not a programmer or computer script writer.

You can adjust the DPI in the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window. That value will be saved with any monitor profiles you create and load as well.
