I have three Monitors. Display 1 is my LG TV, Display 2 is my Asus Monitor which is set as primary. Display 3 is my Yamakasi Monitor.

If I set 2 and 3 to be enabled while 1 is on but disabled, turning off the TV also results in my primary Display 2 becoming disabled and my desktop only being displayed on 3.

I'm pretty sure this is because Display 2 becomes Display 1 when Display 1 is disconnected, so the setting that Display 1 should be disconnected now applies to my Primary Display instead of the TV.

Is there an easy fix for this in the settings somewhere or is this a bug that will have to be handled by the devs?

I've search through the settings and I understand that there is Monitor Order advanced setting but that only applies to the Move to Next/Previous monitor setting. Is there some setting that I am missing? Thanks!

There isn't really an automated way to fix this. You're correct, in that the issue is because when the TV turns off, it gets disconnected from the computer, causing the monitor IDs to change. What you can do, is save separate Monitor Profiles for the TV on, and off. Then just load the appropriate profile when needed.

Hope that helps!
