The attached picture really shows the problem. After installing the latest version during the normal startup it applies the basic windows 7 theme instead of my set theme. The correct theme is applied if I close and restart DF.

Just to make sure I've understood it correctly, the DF taskbar only uses the basic Windows theme when the computer first boots up, but after restarting DisplayFusion, it works fine?
Could you post the info from the Troubleshooting tab when the issue is present?
