After upgrading to 12.0.1, the menu items for the right click desktop context menu are missing. Picture attached.

Tried reinstalling and rebooting. No change.

OS is Windows 10 LTSC

Could you send me a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and then click "Clear Log"
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks.

I cleared the log and then performed the right click on the desktop and attempted to view the DisplayFusion conext sub menu. This was at approximately 12:52:25.

Debug log attached.

Note only the right click on the desktop context menu that shows the issue. Right clicking on the icon in the taskbar works as expected.

Could you export this key in regedit and send it over?

I believe the problem may be with a different utility. If I disable Stardock Fences 6.20 desktop context entry, the DisplayFusion Menu displays normally. I also discovered several other (but not all) submenus that were not displaying correctly. All work normally after disabling Fences.

I'll report the issues to them. This does not appear to be a DisplayFusion problem.

Ah interesting, glad to hear you found the root cause :)
