I have released the final build of DisplayFusion 3.1. I haven't had a chance to do the announcement post, but you can find the new download here:

Thanks everyone, and stay tuned for the 3.2 beta!

It will not allow me to run the updater. I keep getting an error. I'll try rebooting now and seeing if my computer has gone stupid after not having me pounding on the keys all day....

Congrats and thanks Jon, auto update worked flawlessly (of course ;)). Will notify a couple of my friends, as they were waiting for this release, who knows it'll bring in some extra licenses. :D

It gave me an error about the users profile directory, but then after I tried the update a third time even after it gave me the error the updater actually started installing DF 3.1.

Case closed.

Hey Jon, congrats on another fine update!

I do have found a little annoyance though, after about 6 ~ 7 hours, DFP is loosing his speed regarding the caption bar buttons. IE: when I drag a window, it takes about a second for the caption bar buttons to 'catch up', just like in the early betas. But when I restart DFP it's all OK again, well for another couple of hours that is.

I do have set DFP to 'performance mode' and I disabled the 'mouse hooks' but enabled the 'application hooks'. That shouldn't pose a problem as they are unrelated?

/Edit: It still happens in the newly released 3.1.2 I'm afraid. No problems whatsoever with 3.1.0. Might have to go back, I still have the old installer somewhere. :P

/Edit2: Am I the only one with this problem?

I just tested this - after coming out of hybrid sleep, for a computer that has not been rebooted in over a day, when I initially moved a windows from the second monitor to the first, there was a massive pause- 3-4 seconds - but after that all windows are moving instantaneously.

I'll look into it some more.

I've fixed this issue for the 3.1.3 release. The system hooks weren't restarting properly after being stopped because of a full-screen window. Thanks!
