When I wake up my PC, my 3rd monitor doesn't come back up. I have to log off or reboot.

I thought I would try Displayfusion to see if it had an option to help
After installing Displayfusion, I tried DISABLE 3rd monitor, then ENABLE 3rd monitor. Didn't help. I still had to log off and back on again.

However, I tried it once more. But when I clicked on ENABLE, I received the following:

.................Error: Failed to call ApplySettings:EnableMonitors

Now, my 3rd port doesn't exist. Nothing I do will show me a 3rd monitor.

What happened? How do I get it back?

Thanks.

Windows 10, updated
1. displayport to HDMI - viewsonic monitor
2. displayport to HDMI - Insignia TV
3. VGA - NEC monitor

Never mind. Obviously not a product or company I want to deal with...

If you want the company to respond, you should use DisplayFusion's reporting tool: Help > Support Request. That will give them the information they need to help you, and email them directly. While they do respond here sometimes, this is not the primary means of support and it will take longer than 2 days to help you. Don't blame the company when you didn't follow procedure.

Thank you. I shall do so.

FYI, I was right on board with everything you said until, "don't blame the company...." blah, blah, blah.
Pick me apart if you want...getting technical support is not obvious.

@pn: If you're still running into this issue, could you try opening the Windows display settings and clicking the "Detect" button? It sounds like maybe the VGA monitor has fallen out of the configuration and may just need to be re-detected :)

Thanks!
