How often does this message show up? Also, do you have DisplayFusion set to manage your Windows Logon Background?

it was happening every 10 minutes and yes df manages logon. Not an issue any more because I ended up re-imaging.
If you disable the Windows Logon feature in DisplayFusion, does that helper crash stop showing up?

just disabled logon feature, will report back if comes up again.
