On boot of Windows 7 64bit, I've noticed that the ability to drag fullscreen windows from one monitor to another is not working. I have to exit DF from the system tray then relaunch it. Then it works.

Could you check the msconfig > Startup tab to see if there's more than one entry for DisplayFusion?
