When switching to a monitor profile including a monitor that is currently turned off, an error dialog will popup saying that the monitor configuration could not be applied. If the monitor is turned on, the monitor will become active and it will appear as if switching to the monitor profile did work correctly. However, if the error dialog is closed, the initial monitor profile will be switched back to.

Is there a way to ignore the error in such a case, since I've seemingly fixed the situation after the error has occurred?

Steps to reproduce
1. Create two monitor profiles, profile A with monitor 1, and profile B with monitor 2 and monitor 3
2. Turn on monitors 1 and 2, turn off monitor 3
3. Switch to monitor profile A
4. Switch to monitor profile B
5. Turn on monitor 3
6. Observe that error dialog pops up, and that only monitors 2 and 3 are active
7. Close the error dialog
8. Observe that only monitor 1 is active

I would wish that after the seventh step, only monitors 2 and 3 are active, i.e. that the monitor profile B would be active.

The contents of the error dialog (also seen in the attached screenshot):

Can you update to v11 and see if the issue persists? If it does, you can turn on "Don't show error when load monitor profile fails" in the advanced settings and just ignore the error

Ah, sorry, forgot to check for updates first. The issue does not reproduce on version 11.0.1. Thanks!
