Hi,
You may be find my request strange but it is a fact, my DisplayFusion Pro was working ok for my configuration and, after I shifted to a new flat, I am unable to make it work again... Shame on me !
This is my screen Configuration:
1 computer with 2 output : 1 VGA and 1 DVD-I
Then I have a screen (LG Wide with HDMI, DisplayPort and DVD-I) permanently used and I need to use alternatively 2 monitors Samsung where VGA and DVD-I on one and VGA and HDMI on the other). Only 2 screens can be used at a time...
How can I get 3 screens managed with only 2 output on my computer ?
IT WAS WORKING before I move, but i did not check prior to dismanteling the plugs....
Happy if someone can refresh my mind
Regards
Bruno

Did you have a USB display adapter for the third monitor? It shouldn't be possible to run 3 displays off of only 2 outputs, unless you have a video card that has a proprietary connect with a dongle that has both VGA and DVI on it.

Absolutely agreed on that... Cannot remember exactly but I don't thing that I had any adapter in between. It would have been in the cable bag that I did use.

I just remember that I was using 2 different profiles:
- 1 profile for the daily routine usage where Down Samsung (1) and LG monitors (2) were used
- Another profile {when flying my simulator} where the Down Samsung (1) was switched to another computer (along with 2 others 4 & 5) and replaced by a Upper Samsung (3).

This has been working for 3 years until I move... :(:(:(

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

I might be able to tell how it was hooked up before from that.

Thanks, but nope :(

The Monitor Profiles don't store the output types, so I can't see how they were connected before.

Does your mainboard have an onboard video output? Maybe there are 2 outputs on your video card, but then a third built-in to the mainboard?
