Downloaded files end up at wrong monitor

Hi,
If I download a file with IE from my primary monitor, the dowloaded file ends up at my second monitor. How do I change this?

It's unfortunately not possible to force where desktop icons get created. Windows controls the placement of new icons and we're not able to manipulate it
