Duplicate Desktop icons on to the second monitor? 2026

Hi,

Is it possible to easily duplicate/replicate/mirror the desktop icons from my primary monitor to the second monitor?

And if possible in such a way that any future changes made to the primary desktop are automatically reflected on the secondary.

Example:

I click an application open on my prio 1 - monitor, on the second screen I dont get a app. icon visable in the taskbar. Only when I move the application window to the second screen.

If I'm understanding your question correctly then DisplayFusion's multi-monitor taskbars should do what you want. If you open Chrome on your primary monitor it will appear in the Windows taskbar. If you move it to a secondary monitor where there is a DisplayFusion taskbar then it will only appear on that taskbar. Is that what you're looking for?

When Im starting 1 application on 1 screen, that I see that Icon of that application duplicate to both of taskbar screens.

In the DisplayFusion Settings > Taskbar tab make sure the feature is eanbled and the mode is set to "All taskbars show relevant windows". If you are still having this issue is it with all applications or just some? Thanks!
