I'm not sure if this falls under DisplayFusions perview or that of Start10. I've made a post on Stardock's forums either way.
I'm looking to ensure that when the Start10 menu is invoked, it can not lose focus to some other process that is starting. I want to enable Start10 to be always on top essentially while it has mouse focus.

Everytime I am booting up, there's a dozen programs starting, and I can launch the start menu while they are queing up, but as soon as an application like Outlook launches the start menu loses focus and is once again hidden which is frustrating when I've started typing into the start menu to find some program or setting.

Any help?

Does this happen when you open Start 10 from the Windows Start menu?

Heh, I don't know why it took my so long to wrap my head around your question. I'll re-enable the Windows stock taskbar and leave it shown for a while to find out. Hadn't thought to check.

It appears that Start10 will also lose focus from the Windows Start Menu.

The Start10 folks got a reply to my forum post there. Looks like there's no way to make the menu sticky, which is the case with the stock menu as well. Thanks anyhow!
