I couldn't get windows to Mirror my desktop to my Sony TV (which is happy to be set to Extend Desktop at the same resolution and refresh rate as my main monitor). Whenever I would select it it would go back to Extend even though I'm selecting Keep Changes after all the monitors refresh.
I got DisplayFusion solely to solve this problem.
But the same thing happens.
I select Enabled and Cloned with my main monitor. Hit apply. All the screens flash and reset. Display fusion shows it cloned, but the display on my TV is still just showing an extended view. I select Keep changes and all the monitors refresh. When it all comes back the TV is just Exended, and DisplayFusion no longer shows it as cloned, just enabled and extended.
It's as if something is not allowing the cloning to happen.
I have tried setting the TV to be the main monitor and then cloning but the same thing happens.
I cannot work this out.
Running the latest Beta DisplayFusion on Windows 11.

DisplayFusion uses the Windows API to set the monitor configuration, so if it's failing in Windows it will fail in DisplayFusion as well.
