I have run into an issue that may be an edge case, so I'm happy to help with any troubleshooting.
I have been connecting to a Windows system for the last year using an RDP client without issue. However I've recently setup an Apache Guacamole service to let me connect from the internet if I don't happen to have my computer with me.
I've found that connecting to RDP through this system, the explorer.exe shell crashes ever 3 seconds until DisplayFusion is closed. I can also reconnect without issue as long as DisplayFusion isnt running

I was able to connect with guacamole shortly after stopping display fusion a few times, but this appears to be another high quality window 11 bug.
I have the same issue with the official Android mobile app while display fusion is closed.
