Jon you left a sticky above for this problem but since the last update I have been getting this error everytime Windows Vista boots up. The program still works but that message is an annoyance.

I am thinking maybe I should re-install but I don't know where to find the latest pro version to download.

Anyone? :-( :-( :-(

I would recommend an uninstall, then manually delete the remaining folder. Download the latest version from here:
http://www.binaryfortress.com/displayfusion/

Then just re-install and you should be all set. It will pick-up your Pro license again, as that information is stored in the registry.
