It would be great if there was a way to change the opacity of a window. I have a triple monitor system and have these nice wallpapers, however on the third monitor I mostly just have tool windows (for instance, the output window from Visual Studio). It would be cool if there was a way to somehow change the opacity (semi-permanently) for windows like these so that they were partially transparent.

I guess the hard part wouldn't be changing the opacity, it's remembering it and later re-applying it when the same window becomes visible again.

Excellent idea. :) You're correct about remembering being the hard part, I'll see what I can do for a future release.

That would be awesome. Thanks for being prepared to take a crack at it.

Josh.

This is a bit late, but the new beta has this ability. Look for the "Toggle Window Transparency" HotKey and TitleBar Button. :)
