I would like to fade only monitor 1, but only when not in use (does not contain the active window).

Monitor 1 is my primary PC monitor. Monitor 2 is my large screen TV, an extended display that I stream shows and movies on from my PC. I never need to fade monitor 2, it's up high in the back of the room. When I'm watching media on monitor 2 and not using monitor 1, I'd like to fade monitor 1 that is up close to my face. When I choose "Fade monitor #1" in Monitor Fading Mode, it fades it right away and keeps it faded even while in use, so that does not work for me.
