Hey there!

I'd like to ask for a feature that I miss: Being able to send all monitors directly into Standby, either via the DisplayFusion Traybar Icon Menu or via a Hotkey. I currently use a third-party solution for this and would like to see this incorporated into DisplayFusion directly.

Kind regards.

We have a "Sleep all monitors" script in our repository, is that what you're looking for?

Thanks for quick the answer! I actually overlooked those, so thanks for pointing me in that direction.

Unfortunately, none of the scripted function that are in that repository work for me. I Tried these three:

  • Sleep All Active Monitors
  • Slee All Active Monitors and Lock Workstation
  • Sleep all monitors

All three functions turn my monitors blank for a brief second before the desktop reappears. None of them turn off.

I currently use a .bat file that contains a powershell script that works just fine and turns my monitors off and sends them into Standby. I also use a smartphone app that relies on a server that is installed on my machine, that turns off the monitors just fine. So I guess the problem relies in the scripts, not my installation.

A native solution or a working script within DisplayFusion would be welcome, so I can get rid of the .bat file and the smartphone app.

Oh yep that's a bug we have on our list to look into, we'll let you know if we're able to get it fixed up in the future.

Thanks!
