Excellent product. I’ve switched over from Ultramon.
Could you in a future release add an option to toggle off the animation for the thumbnail window previews? Additional Windows 7 support for closing a window from the thumbnail (close box in top right) and the larger thumbsize would also be nice.

I have all Windows 7 animation turned off. In general I just don't like waiting for them. The animation you have implemented is nice, but I would rather just see the thumb for the task I'm over that wait for the window to slide over to it.

I'm sure other people like the animations, but I would like to be able to turn them off.
