As an extension (or alternative) to my previous suggestion of adding the titlebar buttons to the AeroPeek previews from the taskbars, if you added additional options that corresponding to the titlebar buttons to the Windows System menu (or titlebar context menu), then right-clicking an AeroPeek preview should let you migrate the Window to another monitor, span the window, etc.
Neat idea, but at the moment we don't have any plans to modify the application system menus. I have added it to our feature request list for future consideration though.
