Is there any way to fix certain applications / windows to always appear in the same monitor or virtual monitors (splits)?

I've setup the triggers to save my window positions but it doesn't seem to work at all. So I use Ctrl Shift Home (I may have made this hotkey) to always reload my profile and that sometimes works, but not always.

Then definitely windows that aren't always open never return to the right place. For instance, opening an email in Outlook opens a new window on my third monitor until I drag it to the primary and close it there. I never want my emails anywhere other than my main monitor.

Also, Slack seems to never restore and I have to relaunch Slack everytime my computer "wakes up". I didn't have to do this before installing Display Fusion.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you backup your settings (Settings > Options > Export) and send them to me so that I can check out your Window Position Profile?

Thanks!

Thanks! The Triggers look ok to me. Does the desktop lock when it goes idle?

No, it doesn't. It probably should though. Would that make a difference?

It should help. The "Desktop Locked" trigger event is more reliable for saving window positions than using the "System Idle" event.
