Hi,
I have a program where I'd like to force popup windows that it creates to always be forced on top of the main window so I don't constantly lose them. Is there a way to do this?

You might be able to do this with a Trigger rule. The rule below will centre all new windows for Notepad, and in moving the window to the centre of the monitor, it should also focus it.
