During one of the beta drops I toggled the Freeze Current Images button - now it stays in Freeze mode, regardless of trying to toggle it off or reboot. Is there something I can clear out to reset this? The executable appears to be obfuscated, so poking around with Reflector to figure it out was a non-starter.

Are you using any Compatibility settings that might disable the wallpaper changing? Or have you enabled any of the "don't change wallpaper while..." (on battery, RDP... etc) settings?

I have "Pause wallpaper changes while..." set for full screen apps and computer is running on battery power. The computer, however, is plugged in and no full screen apps are running.

Do you have any applications configured on the Compatibility tab?

No, however the latest beta bits appear to resolve this issue from what I can tell.
