Fully opaque taskbars is not working in windows 10?

To clarify, are you wanting the taskbars to be transparent, or opaque?

No worries! You should be able to do that in the Windows Settings app, under Personalization > Colours. Disable the "Make Start, taskbar, and action centre transparent" option :)
