As far as I am aware there has not been any updates. Earlier today I had no issues, but this evening after turning on my computer I cannot switch to any of my saved my monitor configuration profiles.

I am getting the following error.

An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Please check your settings and try again.
Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 31]
[System.Exception]

I discovered the cause and was able to fix it.
Having checked the log I noticed the following error.



I had a light bulb moment. I installed a new cable the day this issue started

My GPU has 4 display ports. I installed the new cable into a different port not thinking much of it or that it would affect Display Fusion.

Apparently it does. Because the moment I switched my display port configeration to what I had initially appears to have resolved the issue.

This fix may not work for everyone who gets the error, but worth a shot.
