I've noticed

Working on the screenshots now!
[Edit]
I have attached 2 of the 3 taskbars now (not sure how to add more then 1 attachment, but center is equal to left anyhow (icon wise))
I have for clarification have outlined the icons that are incorrect!

- red outline: gitk
- blue outline: eclipse
- green outline: minecraft
[Edit2]
Just noticed after a quick check that netbeans has the same issue as eclipse and minecraft, and the flash full screen icon is a generic windows window icon on the display fusion taskbar...

I've noticed it using the player for Eredivisie Live which is a webplayer like youtube, but is kind of the company that broadcasts the dutch soccer so takes a subscription... Will check for youtube/the free videos on EDL in about 15mins!

Well that's quite odd then! I've added them to the attachements. First one is the display fusion icon, where as the second is the windows icon.

I pretty much run it from the command prompt, so I don't think there is a different window. Also do note, it only occurs when you open 2 or more gitk windows at the same time. When only 1 is opened, it works just fine.

This is fixed in the 4.2 release for me.
