This seems to only be with Chrome. When I click on the favorite folder on the favorites bar, the folder opens/expands on a different monitor from where Chrome is. Then when I try to mouse to it, it jumps back to the correct monitor, but is detached from Chrome.

Any ideas how to fix this?
