I run Windows Server with multiple VMs. I have 4 monitors. I run GotoMeeting & DisplayFusion Pro on the primary server. I've enabled the shortcut key & button for "Windows On Top" function, which always appears adjacent to the default "Move Window to Next Monitor" button on every window.

Whenever I pin a Notepad it stays on top when I remote into one my VMs helping me use the rest of the monitors in my VM (even though I use the default Remote Desktop settings that makes the VM use ALL 4 monitors, I don't mind relinquishing a monitor completely to the host computer since I use DisplayFusion Pro on the other VM as well & unearthing a hidden window is just a keystroke away).

The only window that's an exception is the GTM viewer. It wouldn't stay on top even if it's in a Window mode (as opposed to fullscreen mode). This one Window kills my productivity like nothing does. I've lived with this problem long enough that I couldn't take it anymore. Please help.

PS:
The attachment shows how a notepad pinned by DF Pro indicates that it's been pinned with a visual cue (button is toggled & shown selected in blue). The GTM viewer on the other hand is not pinned.

So when you click the Always on Top button on the GTM window, it doesn't highlight, like the Notepad window?
