I have 2 monitors and want to play world of warcraft on one while being able to move my mouse to the other to surf internet and do other stuff. World of warcraft lets you play in full screen windows mode and this will work, but it messes up the color and setting. So I tried to use Displayfusion. I can use the prevent window deactivation and then alt tab. This works, but as soon as I alt tab to use my other screen it causes my display settings go back to the windowed mode. I lose gamma setting and a few others, the same setting I lose when I play in full screen windows mode. So I tried to use the prevent windows deactivation and then use lock/unlock mouse cursor to current focused window. This is as close as I can get to making it work, but it's not very consistent. When I use the unlock mouse hotkey, i can move my mouse over to the other screen. When I click on the other screen it causes my original screen with the game to minimize, even tho i have the prevent deactivation running. I can bring the game back up and the mouse is locked in the game again. I run the the unlock mouse again and everything works...most of the time. I can move the mouse between screen and still have all the display setting in game. I just cant make this work 100% of the time. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Some games don't behave very well when we hook the window deactivation messages. However, for a lot of games I've had customers report that after the first minimize/restore, the function works correctly. So it might just be a matter of doing exactly what you did as soon as you login to the game, then you should be good for the rest of the session.

Ok thanks! That process is working fine. It just seemed strange that you have to unlock the mouse in game, close game by click on second monitor, click back on the game in the task bar to re-open it, then unlock the mouse again. Strange process but it does the trick.
