I had a hard drive malfunction, and I had to reinstall windows in a new drive. I did, however, manage to recover all my files from the old drive so... I was wondering if there was an easy way to copy all my settings from the old files into my new installation?

DisplayFusion will automatically create periodic backups in your Documents > DisplayFusion Backups folder. If you have any, you can copy it to your new machine and load it via the DisplayFusion Settings > Options > Restore Settings.
