Hide title bar buttons on fullscreen apps?

I think I saw such an option somewhere in the settings but I can't find it, so is it possible?

Hi Petar,

Fullscreen apps shouldn't have titlebar buttons, what apps are you noticing this with?

DotA 2 is one example i can think of

EDIT: For some reason it was acting like borderless window instead of exclusive fullscreen. Changed back and forth the setting and now is ok.
