This issue was fixed for me in v3.1.6, but unfortunately it seems to be back in v3.1.7. As per last time, DF is hovering around 10% CPU usage with occasional jumps to ~40%, and disabling titlebar buttons immediately resolves the problem and drops the CPU usage back down to 0%.
If I can provide any specific info to help troubleshoot, just let me know...

FYI I didn't get a chance to try it with the beta but this is fixed in v3.1.8, so all's well -- thanks!
