Disabling DisplayFusion reduces idle CPU voltages down from 1.45V to less than 1V. This issue isn't isolated to DisplayFusion alone, some other programs are also causing this issue include Steam, Discord, Origin, Corsair Link, etc... As found in this reddit thread. I'm just reporting this issue for anyone else experiencing this and give feedback to the DisplayFusion devs.

We do actually have an open ticket for investigating why running DisplayFusion causes the system timer resolution to run at 1ms instead of 15ms. We aren't specifically requesting it in our code, so it appears that some .NET Framework function we're using is doing it. Once we get that sorted out, we'll let you know so that you can re-test this.

Thanks!

I confirm this behavior here as well on a Ryzen 9 3900x. Closing DisplayFusion makes the voltage goes down. Reopenening it cause the voltage to jump back to 1.4x

Oddly enough my 3900X downclocks and drops voltage properly with DF and the Ryzen Balanced power plan although I've seen a few mentions on reddit of people having the problem
