I've seen it mentioned throughout the site that this can be achieved, and Monitor Profile is a column in the Windows Position Profiles UI... but I haven't seen where I can actually make that association.

Monitor Profiles -> Create/ Edit Monitor Profiles -> Manage Monitor Profiles -> Window Position Profile, at the top

How can i connect more than one win profile to a monitor profile. In menu manage monitor profiles i can only choose 1 win profile?

That's correct, you can only attach 1 Window Position Profile to a Monitor Profile. Is there any specific use case where you would need to attach more then 1?
