I want to still be able to middle click windows between monitors, but this prompt button thing often times covers up the minimize to toolbar/close window button and I really don't want to see it. I don't know what it's called, or where to go in settings to hide/disable it. Help?

In the DisplayFusion Settings > Functions, you can uncheck "Enable Titlebar Buttons" and it will hide that for you.
