How to set the Wallpaper to change for 3 seconds? ?

I have set it once every 0.1 minutes, but it has become 15 seconds, too long.
I don't care about the hard drive because I use ssd

0.1 minutes = 6 seconds not as you wrote 15 seconds so 0.05 minutes is equal to 3 seconds.

But still won’t change every 6 seconds

It takes about 15-20 seconds for DisplayFusion to generate the wallpaper image and apply it, so it's not really possible to make it change faster than that. When you've got it set to 0.1 minutes, it is just going as fast as it possible can :)
