Looks like a firewall or proxy is probably blocking outbound access to DisplayFusion.exe. Can you check the Windows Firewall Advanced settings to see if that's the case?

It works if I disable firewall...can I do something else to make it work ?

If you search the Windows Start menu for "Windows Firewall," and then click on "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security," are there any rules called "DisplayFusion" listed in the InboundRules or Outbound Rules? If so, are any of them set to block instead of allow?
