Hi, i'm using the trial version but cant get my wallet out until I can get this fixed. I have three monitors and lots of apps which are all in different positions and sizes. When I save this and then test it all seems to be ok but a bit later on without making any changes some or all of the apps dont move back to their positions or sizes if they get changed. Pretty much up to 5 times a day I have to put everything back and save it again, and I have to do this every day when I come in for some apps and not others. What is causing this inconsistency? i'm on verison 9.4.3 but I have also tried other versions in the past and have alwys removed after the trial ran out as it isnt worth buying in this state for .e. Any ideas?
Are you using the "Save Window Positions" and "Restore Window Positions from Last Save" functions that are found on the Settings > Functions tab?

i'll try that, i wasnt doing it that way, I was saving a profile and triggering it. I'll let you know if thats any better, cheers.
Sounds good! Saving a Window Position Profile should work too, but note that some apps change the window text depending on what file or website they have open, so you may need to edit or disable the Window Text condition for some of the entries in those profiles.

Hi, this didnt last long, it seemed to work at first but now its doesnt, mainly with certain apps. Anydesk for instance works sometimes but if I close the app and reopen it stops working like its a completely different window, even though I've unticked everything apart form the app installation path.
That's strange that it's not matching with only the process path for the match. Are you saving as an actual profile, then loading that profile? Do you have any of the "is window minimized" options selected at the bottom of the window edit dialog? Would you be able to export your settings and send them in for further testing? Thanks!

tried every combination, seems to work sometimes an not others, i have to resave about 50 times over the last week or two, its not really helping me any more to be honest so i'm not going to purchase the full license, but thanks for the support.
