Can I suggest, if it hasn't already been done, that the title bar buttons have their color inverted when the title bar color is dark? At the moment, they appear black on Excel's dark green title bar and are then virtually invisible. Obviously, we don't want to set the color to one value because then it would be wrong for white or light colored title bars.

It would be amazing if one or both of these features were available:
1) Use your own .png or .ico files for icons... and/or:
2) Change icon colors
The reason is because I use the same icons again and again, as I have similar custom functions that are just a little bit different on what they do. So I need different versions of the same icon (different colors) or slightly different icons.
