Looking for certain features for my work productivity.

Can DisplayFusion create a virtual monitor which can have a separate working resolution than the main display's (and if possible, separate dpi scaling?)
And can DisplayFusion create a working PiP of other monitors (virtual/physical) so you can control/interact with other monitors from the same monitor? (https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9NN0KDBW0550?rtc=1&hl=en-in&gl=IN)
Like this app does.
