Currently the default windows one (with cortana) is on the right and I am not a huge fan of it there.

If it's physical monitors, you can right click the task bar and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked. You can then click and drag the taskbar to where you want it.
If it's monitor splits, then you can adjust an advanced setting to set it where you would like.

Thanks for this! Been trying to figure out how to shift the Windows Taskbar around but this definitely did the trick.
