I want to sleep a single monitor, without disabling/disconnecting it or using the "fade" feature. Is this possible?

You can, in a fashion, achieve this by pressing the Windows Key and P then choosing the option you want.

That disables the monitor (i.e. its windows move to another monitor). I only want to sleep (standby) the monitor, so that keeps its windows and their state.

There isn't a way to sleep a specific monitor only, sorry!
