I have chrome downloads to automatically save files to my desktop, however it always saves on my primary desktop. Is there a way to automatically have files save to my secondary desktop?

Unfortunately, this isn't something we support with Display Fusion. There is another software called "Stardock Fences" that can do this though, if you are interested.
