While watching a fullscreen video on my second monitor and working on my first monitor, I noticed that as soon as I clicked on a window or desktop on my main monitor that the Display Fusion taskbar would pop up on top of my playing video. The taskbar would stay on top until I moved my mouse over the video then it would disapear, but reappear as soon as I clicked on a window or the desktop in the first monitor.

Disregard that first post since I just found that I had the option selected in Display Fusion to show taskbar in front of fullscreen applications when they lose focus.
