I have been testing this software on win 8.1. Its set to show mini start screen horizontally on the bottom of the screen. Problem occurs after waking up from sleep, the arrow to show more tiles does not appear.

The problem seems to be related to HDMI-> receiver->tv

Turning off receiver and on again the mini start screen seems to have wrong proportions, disable and enable mini start screen fixes it.

I tried to reproduce this issue here but didn't have any luck. Here are the steps I used:
  • Enable mini Start Screen
  • Open the Start Screen a few times on different monitors
  • Unplug HDMI monitor, plug back in
  • Try Start Screen again

Did I miss any steps? If you could attach a screenshot or video as well, that would be excellent :)

If I turn on and off the tv I can reproduse it, so maybe a handshake issue with the receiver.

Looks like its cut off the bottom of the menu.

Thanks for the screenshot, that is weird indeed. Could you do the following as well?
  • Enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab (set it to Logging: Important Only) and click Apply
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Open the Start screen a couple of times when it's in the correct position (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
  • Power cycle your TV, then open it a couple of times when it's cut off at the bottom (please note the time so I'll know where to look in the log file)
  • Attach the %appdata%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file to this topic (can be found by clicking the 'Open Log' button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending me the log

Thanks!
